She has honed her skills working with organizations such as TCS, Wipro, TATA Business Support Services, Rockwell Collins, Mylan Labs, IIM Ahmedabad, Northern Ireland Housing Executive, among others. She has led large global teams and change management projects and technology implementations.


Sanjay is a highly accomplished HR professional with multi-sector, multi-geography experience in the corporate sector. He has handled the entire gamut of strategic and operational initiatives in the HR domain right from Talent Development, Employee Engagement and Succession Planning to Leadership Development for organizations like ICICI Bank, DELL Computers, GE Capital Satyam Group (now Tech Mahindra), Mylan Inc. and Ashok Leyland. His 25 years of experience spans IT and ITeS, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Automotive and hospitality.
